For my pasta dinner I used organic penne, Victoria vegan vodka sauce and Gardein  classic meatless meatballs.

This is extra good accompanied by a side salad of salad greens, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts and Teese mozzarella drizzled with olive oil and balsamic

  1. I have never had a vegan meal before. Although it looks delicious. I would like to try. Writing the recipes as I go. I’m not even sure if this is how you blog my first one hope it goes through ha!

  2. i also looked for the vegan vodka sauce at my local whole foods, walked around aimlessly for a good 20 minutes, the teenage girl who helped me didn’t know sh*t, so I left. Were else could I go?

    • okay-don’t give up!!! i googled victoria vegan sauce and a few websites came up to order it from. since i haven’t ordered it online yet, i can’t recommend a site to order from, but try one you like and be sure to let me know how your experience with ordering online goes.

      • Duhhh!!!!!!!!! Dont know why I didnt think of that… did google it.. surprised to see good ole Walmart has it.. IS that True; like is it the good stuff? I mean that’s the last place I would have thought to look at… but fu*k it.. ordered it anyway. Wanted to also let you know that I spread the word about your new website to all of my non vegan friends. Something is working, because they are all telling me it doesnt look sooo bad.. Maybe they will stop cowing me for it, lol Thanks for your help.. means a lot … hope you can post some ideas on growing veggies in the winter, maybe indoors?

    • Chef Chloe’s kitchen cookbook has a super easy and amazingly delicious vodka sauce recipe using cashew cream! An easy substitution would be to use store bought marinara, blend 1 cup cashews with a small amount of water till a smooth cream forms. Simmer together with a splash of vodka and fresh basil.
