roasted pumpkin seeds


After carving my pumpkin for Halloween I always like to roast pumpkin seeds.

Rinse under cool water, drizzle with olive oil and salt. Bake at 350 for 10 mins, toss in pan and return to oven for another 12-15 mins. EAT ME!!!

  2. I planted mine last year on halloween. This I enjoyed watching my beautiful first pumpkin grow all day, I got a second one for jackolanteern, and number three is on the way! Plant those seeds!!!!


  3. I did two batches, one with brown sugar and soy sauce for a salty/sweet snack… The other batch was roasted with curry and some herbs… Delicious snack!
