Another salad bowl using my “weekly basics”. Quinoa, baked sweet potato, salad greens, strawberries, grapes, olive oil and balsamic with a dash of salt. You can’t go wrong with this lunchtime salad. EAT ME

  1. Can you show some kid friendly stuff… I recently began looking into vegan and have been trying a couple of your dishes. They have been great and filling however, it is hard getting my two kids (11 and 12 y) to eat anything remotely healthy.The food they have at school is absolutely disgusting… the hormones they put into food these days is just gross:( I did make them the fluff sandwich you showed earlier and they luved it.. but cant eat fluff the rest of their lives… lol.. thanks for your time
