I had this recipe saved from Whole Living magazine 2011!!! Finally tried it this year and now I wonder why I waited so long. Heat the oven to 450. I used 5 cups of brussels sprouts (trimmed and cleaned), a handful of halved grapes and tossed them in the cooking pan with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 4 teaspoons fresh thyme, salt & pepper. Roast for about 30 minutes, remove from oven and drizzled 1 tablespoon balsamic and added 1/4 cup roughly chopped walnuts.
Ingredient list: 5 cps brussels sprouts (trimmed and cleaned) 3/4 cup purple grapes (halved) 2 tbsp olive oil 4 tsp fresh thyme salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1/4 roughly chopped walnuts
