  1. we made a s’more dip on the 4th. layer an oven-safe pan with a layer of chocolate chips. Stack vegan marshmallows on top. Bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes (or until browned).   3. When in the Washington DC area…more exactly, Georgetown- check out DC cupcakes. I had an amazingly good carrot cake cupcake with cream cheese frosting, made entirely vegan..but you’d never know it. I’ve found some places fall short on flavor, or are dry. Not here, you won’t be disappointed!
