PETA35 gala

My husband and I recently attended PETA’S 35th Anniversary Gala to support animal rights. Of course they had a super duper vegan buffet dinner. I made a plate of quinoa salad, korean barbecue tofu fried rice and Gardein panzanella consisting of breaded filets with vegan cheese, frisee, tri color lettuce and chopped cucumber.
