Found this great vegan restaurant in New Orleans, LA called SEED. I ordered the artichoke cakes with buffalo drizzle. They are made from artichoke, heart of palm, roasted corn, onions, garlic, red pepper and gluten free panko. Super good, I think I’ll try and make them for a barbecue at home this summer.
